Chip Norman

Chip was raised the Monroe area, graduating from River Oaks High School and Northeast Louisiana University in Construction. He joined the family business Slagle Johnson Lumber, Inc. and Roofing Supply Group after graduation. After 33 years in the business he has retired from Roofing Supply Group. Chip then decided to pursue his longtime interest in real estate. Chip has been married to Deanna Norm for over 32 years, who has been a realtor for 31 years. They have 1 child, Brittany Norman Deaton who resides in West Monroe with her husband Tucker.

Chip is an avid golfer and fisherman, living on Lake D’Arbonne for the last 8 years. He was recently elected to serve as Treasurer for the Northeast Louisiana Association of Realtors for 2 years.
